The Sun Herald has a balanced piece on Coach Croom and the lack of talent on his football team. This quote from Jerrious Norwood stands out:

“Things aren’t as lenient as they were with Coach Sherrill. Things are different. We’ve worked harder. More conditioning. I’m not sure everybody wanted it, but we might have needed it.”

The Clarion Ledger has a piece on both the offense and defense.
