Jim Mashek has a good piece on the ongoing saga in the Athletic Department. Mashek has pretty good sources, so he’s probably dead on with the main case against Larry Templeton. Things don’t look good for ole Larr’.

It seems so, however Larry Templeton has his detractors.
I hope they are successful at ousting the athletic director. It’s obvious there was little oversight of the football team during the Sherrill years. Also fundraising and Bulldog Club membership growth are stagnant. The AD is stuck in the mid 80’s.

So far, seven University of Alabama football signees have bowed out of the annual all-star game. That makes room for MSU QB signee Micheal Henig. It should be interesting to see how he does.
