2004’s Players You Should Know … Mississippi State OT David Stewart:

It’s never, ever a positive when your coach is the team’s biggest star. All the focus will be on new head coach Sylvester Croom because of the historical nature of the hire, but part of the reason Mississippi State had to find someone to run the program was because of the team’s overall lack of talent. There’s no margin for error in the SEC, and unfortunately for the Bulldogs, there’s a major talent gap between them and the rest of the league superpowers.
