Ready for some football? I’ve been waiting for the Tulane game since Jackie Sherrill announced he was taking his used car business to toney Germantown, Tennessee. Yesterday State announced the game times for Tulane and the next three. According to the Sun-Herald, the Croom Era starts at 5pm September 4th on ESPN2. “The Bulldogs play host to Auburn in an 11:30 a.m. game Sept. 11. That game will be televised by Jefferson Pilot. Mississippi State then plays host to Maine at 6 p.m. Sept. 18 and UAB at 1:30 p.m. Oct. 9. Game times for the rest of the Bulldogs’ schedule will be announced later, along with the Southeastern Conference’s television schedule.”
What? The riveting MSU-Maine match-up isn’t a national CBS game?
