Croom is worried about Auburn’s Williams & Brown. And he should be, but check out these quotes:
“I wish they had gone to the NFL,” Croom said. “It sure would have made my life a lot easier.”
“Our defensive coaches are scratching their heads trying to figure out what to do,” Croom said.
“They are obviously smarter than we are and a lot further along than we are in their offensive scheme,” Croom said. “We’re not going to try to do all that stuff. We’re going to try to keep it simple and hope we don’t beat ourselves.”
I guess it’s better than sunshine. And you have to know Coach Croom is singing a different tune to the players. One things is clear, you won’t be getting any bulletin board material out of us!
