Because of MSU, Vandy, Kentucky and a lesser degree Ole Miss, the SEC has dropped two spots in Jeff Sagarin’s conference rankings. The top-heavy SEC stands at #6, behind the Pac 10 , the Big 12 , the ACC, the I-A independents, and the Big 10.

Boo hoo. My heart breaks for the rest of the league.
