The 1st Annual Croom-Shula Game. Oh, wait. Kevin Scarbinsky says it’s shouldn’t be just that. But he knows the only reason the Duece will in T-town is because of the perceived controversy.

Larry Templeton is tempering expectations for the match-up:

“I sit back and laugh about it a little bit,” said Mississippi State AD Larry Templeton, the man who hired Croom and fired up the Highway 82 rivalry. “If you’re going to compare the coaches, next year or the year after is the time to do it…There’s no way to compare them this Saturday. You don’t turn a program around in the Southeastern Conference in two years.”

[NOTE: Blogspot has been acting funny today, so I'm not sure how many posts I'll make today. I guess it's all the Kerry supporters writing lengthy tomes on how the end of western civilization is at hand.
