Coach Stan Heath chalked up part of Arkansas’ only blowout loss to what he sees as a trend of inexplicably wide victory margins nationally. Mississippi State can relate. Three days after the Arkansas game, Alabama beat the Bulldogs by 49 points. “I think we’re a totally different team than the first time we played them,” Heath said. Players have a “much better feel” for the offense and defense, Heath said.
