Dapoo to Delaware?
According to NewOrleansProFootball.com former MSU football player Darren Williams appears head to the University of Delaware:
Mississippi State senior-to-be safety DARREN WILLIAMS, who was dismissed from the team recently for violating team policy, is likely headed for the University of Delaware, although many others have speculated it would be to a southern-based Division I-AA program. From all indications, Williams may have failed a team imposed drug test, which came on the heels of starting offensive tackle Richard Burch being arrested for possession and possible selling of drugs out of his off-campus apartment. No formal word has come from school officials, regarding his status for the fall or the actual reason why he was dismissed from the team.
Good luck to Darren. At Delaware he’ll have a chance to do something he couldn’t at State - beat Maine!
