Mayor’s Trophy game tonight
The AP Wire has a story about tonight’s annual Mayor’s Trophy matchup between Ole Miss and State. While this is a game with State’s main rival, Ron Polk isn’t to concerned:
“The most important three games will be when we go to Oxford,” Polk said. “We want to win, there’s no question about it, but at the same time you have to understand they’re midweek ballgames. We’ve had great success in midweek ballgames, just as Ole Miss has.”
No word on if Harvey Johnson will show up.
