A Jackson-based development company, Ergon Properties, Inc., has unvieled plans to develop “Cotton Mills at Starkville”, a cond0 complex designed for MSU alumni and fans.

Cotton Mills at Starkville will feature one-, two- and three-bedroom condominiums with upscale amenities along with private parking. They will be located adjacent to MSU near the Cotton District, Dudly-Noble Field and Davis-Wade Stadium.
