Palmeiro Supsended For Steroids

ESPN has released a breaking news item stating that Rafael Palmeiro has been suspended after testing postitive for steroid use.

Just 5 months ago, Palmeiro testified in front of Congress that he had “never used steroids. Period.” It was only 2 weeks ago that Raffy collected his 3000th hit, making him one of only 4 players to achieve 3000 hits and 500 homeruns.

Palmeiro released a statement maintaining that he has never intentionally used steroids and cannot explain how they got into his body.
