State and Ole Miss Sign Sirius Deals
According to the Sun Herald, both MSU and Ole Miss football games will be broadcast on Sirius Satellite Radio this fall. How will this work? Who will be calling the games?
The agreement calls for State and Ole Miss home games to feature that school’s broadcast. Some away broadcasts may also feature State or Ole Miss announcers if that school doesn’t have an agreement with Sirius.
For games featuring two schools with Sirius contracts, the home team’s broadcast will be used. All SEC schools with the exception of Arkansas and Georgia are under agreement with Sirius.
