Freshman wide receiver Corey Gardhigh has been cleared to play for the Bulldogs by the NCAA. Gardhigh had been sitting out while it was determined whether he would qualify acidemically.

The Clarion-Ledger is reporting in their Bulldog Notebook that MSU and Sirius are very close to closing a deal that would carry all MSU basketball, baseball and football games on Sirius Satellite Radio.

ESPN has released a breaking news item stating that Rafael Palmeiro has been suspended after testing postitive for steroid use.
