It has been officially announced that the 102nd Egg Bowl game between Mississippi State and Ole Miss will not be televised this year. Kick-off has been set for 1:30 pm.
The Men’s basketball game against Northwestern State (Louisiana) will tip-off at 7 p.m. at the Hump.

Mississippi State University head track and field coach Al Schmidt has announced the signing of Starkville High School track athlete Santana Lowery to a national-letter-of-intent. Lowery will begin competing for the Lady Bulldogs during the 2006-07 season.
Lowery will work closely with assistant coach Kurt Thomas, who oversees women’s sprints.

Mississippi State University has signed pitcher Jared Wesson of Tupelo, Miss., to a baseball scholarship, head baseball coach Ron Polk announced Monday.
