The Christmas season is upon us and I am taking an extended break from posting on the Blog.

I took over the blog in June of 2005 and it has been a blast keeping up with MSU Sports and News here on the blog. I would like to continue improving the blog and need the help of the readers. I have closed comments on all of the posts on the blog to help keep the comment spam down while I am enjoying the holidays, but I am leaving comments on this post open.

If you have any suggestions/ideas of things you would like to see happen with the blog, leave a comment and let me know. I am also considering picking up another author or two to help with the posting duties. If you are interested in that, let me know. There won’t be any payment involved. It will be a do-it-because-you-love-it kind of thing. I don’t make any money off the blog myself other than the ticket ads in the sidebar, and that money went to pay the hosting bill.

So, it has been a fun ride so far, and I am excited about where things will go in 2006 with MSU Sports and the MSU Sports Blog.
