Can the Men’s Basketball Team Get Back on Track?

I know most fans were expecting a rough start for this years basketball squad, especially with them being a young team and coming off the loss of some great senior leadership, but what is happening? We have lost all of our SEC games so far this season by at least 10 points, more in some cases. Tonight against Tennessee, only Rhodes hit 50% on attempts (although he was 7 of 7 on free throws and scored 15 points).

I will admit that I have not attended any of the games in person this year, so I will not speculate on how close the games were on the floor, but when I look at the points at half-time and at the end of the game, we just seem to be playing terrible.

Have we just hit a low spot coming off of our non-conference play? Is the rest of the SEC just that good? Did losing Sharpe and Houston shake the team up that much?

What will it take to get this team back on track?

I believe the bulldogs haven’t had a steady starting line up to get any rhythm… Jamont normally a swingman having to play point… Then gets use to it and now at the swingman position again…

Just bad timining for injured players… And how it can mess up your season…
