Shane Power Returning To Mississippi State
After spending time playing pro basketball in Italy, Shane Power is heading back to Starkville to complete his master’s degree and join Rick Stansbury’s coaching staff. His thoughts on how our young squad will do next season?
“This year is going to be better,” Power said. “I spent a couple weeks with the guys. I really like what the Delk brothers (Reginald and Richard) have done. I think they’re ready to be leaders.
“I think Jamont (Gordon) is going to realize what it takes to win. Charles Rhodes is maturing. Some of the new guys, like Ben Hansboro, are going to provide some solid minutes.”
