Michael Henig Out With Broken Collar Bone
Just before the end of the first half of the season opener against South Carolina, MState quarterback Mike Henig was sacked. A few plays later, he came over to the sideline to get his shoulder checked out and was pulled from the game, even though it looked like he wanted to stay in.
After taking a set of x-rays, team doctors revealed that he had broken his collar bone, an injury that could keep him off the field for about eight weeks.
