Bulldogs Coming To Birmingham
With the first road game of the season approaching, the Bulldogs are taking the show to Birmingham to play the UAB Blazers at Legion Field. The game is scheduled to kick-off this Saturday, October 7, at 6pm. With a large alumni base in the Birmingham area, the Alumni Association is planning a few events to get everyone involved.
First, on Friday, October 6, we will welcome the team and mingle with other alumni at Casey’s Sports Grill, located in the Birmingham Sheraton, from 5:30 - 7pm.
On Saturday, join the Alumni Association and the Birmingham Alumni Association will be doing a tailgate and pep rally at the stadium before the game. The festivities will start at 3:00 with the pep rally kicking off at 4:30. The Birmingham Alumni Association will provide hamburgers and hotdogs for free (with donations accepted).
