Wade Bonner Commits to Mississippi State

Fayette-Ware (Tennessee) senior defensive back Wade Bonner has officially committed to Mississippi State. He is the first player in 10 years to commit to a Division-I school. Bonner is also ranked 19th overall by Rivals.com among Tennessee’s 2007 class.
Bonner, who is 5-foot-10 and 185 pounds, also received interest from the universities of Tennessee and Arkansas.

The Sporting News is reporting that, according to Mississippi State Athletic Director Larry Templeton, the Bulldog’s game next year against LSU may be moved to accommodate television, making it the season opener on a Thursday night broadcast.

St. Thomas Aquinas (Floriday) senior quarterback Wes Carroll has officially committed to Mississippi State, according to this article in the Miami Herald.
