Wes Carroll Commits To Mississippi State
St. Thomas Aquinas (Floriday) senior quarterback Wes Carroll has officially committed to Mississippi State, according to this article in the Miami Herald.
Carroll set St. Thomas career passing records this season, and he led the Raiders to the Class 5A state championship game. He also played a starring role in St. Thomas’ 2005 postseason.
Carroll appeared in four state championship games as a high school quarterback. In 2003, Carroll was a back-up quarterback on a North Carolina state championship team. St. Thomas advanced to the 5A state championship game in 2004, 2005 and 2006, losing to Lakeland each time.
