MSU vs. LSU - Game Day Is Here
Finally, college football is back. Mississippi State and LSU will kickoff the season tonight on ESPN at 7pm (central) from Scott Field at Davis Wade Stadium.
If you are making the trip for the game, or already in Starkville, here are a few sites that might make it worth your time. The main source for gameday information is the official MSU Game Day Web Site. There, you can get the scoop on weather, parking, wifi access, and more. You can even catch a glimpse of the party happening in The Junction via the Game Day Web Cam. There are always tons of alumni events happening on game weekends in the fall, from class reunions to exhibitions to campus tours. The game day site has all that information listed for you as well.
Campus has changed a lot over the past few years. If you haven’t been to Starkville in a while, you might want to grab a copy of the campus map so you don’t try to drive down a road that isn’t there anymore. It can also come in handy for planning your exit after the game.
If you are a stats fan, or just like to follow the game really close, then make sure you download the MSU game notes and LSU game notes, packed with short player bios, 2006 stats, and updated depth charts.
