A Few Tips For Visiting Mississippi State
The State, a newspaper/website based in Columbia, South Carolina, published an article today giving Gamecock fans some tips on visiting Mississippi State and Starkville, including the best places to go for various things. Overall, it was a good piece, highlighting some of the best that Starkville has to offer (downtown, Harvey’s, etc). There were two glaring errors that I thought I would correct them on.
First of all, the name of our football facility is Davis Wade Stadium, not David Wade Stadium. That one isn’t so bad. The letters S and D are right next to each other on the keyboard. The second error in their article could make some fans angry.
They listed the Ole Country Bakery in Brooksville as the best place for Sunday breakfast. And USC fans that make the drive down to Brooksville on a Sunday morning are going to be might disappointed when they find it closed.
