Harbison, McCorvey officially hired at Clemson
TheState.com is reporting that Dabo Swinney has officially hired former MSU coordinators Woody McCorvey and Charlie Harbison.
McCorvey, who had agreed in principle to become USC’s receivers coach two days ago, will join Clemson’s staff in an administrative role, although he could be elevated to coaching duties depending on further staff changes.
Harbison, the Bulldogs’ former defensive coordinator, will fill Clemson’s vacancy coaching defensive backs.
The connection here is that Dabo Swinney was a play at Alabama under Woody McCorvey.
