MSU/Murray State Game Could Be Affected

An article in USA Today mentioned that college games this coming weekend (some scheduled for Thursday) could be affected as a result of Hurricane Katrina.
“We’re just going to try to make it through the night and see what we find (this morning),” said Mississippi State spokesman Mike Nemeth. “We’ll have a better picture then of what we’re dealing with in terms of damage.”
There is still no word on the status of the MSU/Tulane game, which had the Bulldogs scheduled to make a trip to New Orleans for the September 17th game.
