Robert Elliott’s Injury Status
Most Mississippi State fans are probably wondering what is going on with Robert Elliott. We all saw Elliott take a nasty hit to his left knee late in the game against LSU this past weekend. As the trainers were helping him off the field, it looked as if he couldn’t even lift his left leg.
Reports are coming out now that it is still being called a “strain”, but a final diagnosis should come later today. At first glance, it looked like an ACL injury, which would probably put Elliott out for the rest of the season. More news as it comes out.
